Our clients (based in Essex) clearly love where they live having already extended their house and added a loft conversion, all professionally and expertly finished. With a new contemporary garden games room in their luxury garden studio, their house is complete!

We were commissioned to realise their dream for an outdoor room that provided a fabulous contemporary leisure space and games room ideal for their teenage kids, complete with home cinema, gaming area and pool table – surely a childhood dream?

A GARDEN GAMES ROOM FOR ALL THE FAMILY

The stylish studio has large folding and sliding doors which open up onto beautiful hardwood decking, making it perfect for relaxing in the summer with the family after a hard day’s work. This means that a games rooms can look great in your garden and be a great place to chill out for all members of your family – not just the kids!

Opting for a living green sedum roof, which can be seen below. This provides not only a lush and colourful addition but is very sustainable being drought tolerant and low maintenance.

Our garden rooms are all adaptable to your specifications and this building was no exception. Internally we upgraded with new Lightwave Smartphone controlled lighting allowing our clients to switch the lights in their garden games room on and off remotely, increasing safety at night and a power socket to which heating can be added. And, if our clients do decide to move home at some point then they can even take the garden room with them!
