Our buildings are compliant with Department for Education building bulletins. Everything from room size, lighting and ventilation are above and beyond what’s required. This compliance can grant schools extra merit from OFSTED.
There’s flexibility for you in our base designs, but if it’s a completely bespoke design you’re looking for, we can do that too. Just consider the extra costs involved – get in touch to let us know what you’re looking for.
We can explore numerous options for raising money for the project. We work with independent schools and state schools under local authority funding, and can help you raise finance through fundraising, donations or finance plans.
We build to last. Our structures are made for a 50-year design life with minimal maintenance required. We promise a 10-year guarantee on the structure, and a 20-year guarantee on the roof covering.
We work in term time and the holidays so you can get your building as soon as possible. We won’t get in the way – actually we think you’ll enjoy having us around. Your students can visit the site and get hands-on education about construction, sustainability and the environment.
The safety of everyone on site is a priority. We adhere to rigorous health and safety protocols, and for the safeguarding of young people we ensure that all our contractors have DBS Enhanced clearance.
Wherever possible we use recycled materials and sustainably sourced timber. We prioritise energy efficiency, making classrooms that won’t cost you or the planet. And, for every completed building, we will donate a 500 square metre woodland to the National Trust Plant a Tree campaign.
