LATEST MODULAR BUILDS FOR SCHOOLS
We’re busy working on some new case studies for our website as we know how important it is for you to get a good feel for our modular builds. In the meantime, here are just a few of the latest school buildings we’ve just finished! You’ll see a few different designs, and it just goes to show that whatever the landscape, our buildings look stunning.
RELIGIOUS STUDIES HUB
A recent modular build was for a school in Kent that needed to replace an existing mobile building used as a temporary classroom block. The school wanted to build in its place a striking and imaginatively designed, new Religious Studies hub.
The new hub comprises three classrooms, with the addition of an office storeroom and lobby, and an overall improvement of facilities which creates a better impression for pupils and their parents.

REPLACEMENT CLASSROOM
An old portable cabin at Offley Endowed Primary School wasn't meeting the needs of teachers or its students. In the summer holidays Vertis created a stunning modular building which contains an intervention room, a disabled toilet and a shower room. Now the school has an advanced, fresh, flexible space which students and teachers love.

MUSIC BUILDING
This modular build is a music faculty building for King Edward VI Camp Hill School for Girls in Birmingham. The Percival Music Centre, named after a former headteacher, has two large teaching classrooms and six smaller rooms for individual tuition and practice. To ensure that multiple users don’t disturb each other, the rooms were sound-proofed with layers of acoustic insulation incorporated into the walls, while the doors have acoustic door seals around the frame.

OUR MOST RECENT SCHOOL BUILD
And one last one, we’ve created a fabulous school hall, new classrooms and MUGA pitch facilities for Sutton Primary School in Bedfordshire. We’re sure that the children are going to love their new space!
